President of BJP J.P Nadda accuses Mamata of "murder of constitutional ethos and the culture of cooperative federalism" on Friday . After Hitting out at Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee of West Bengal for skipping the meeting with Narendra Modi Prime Minister of india in the state of west bengal on Cyclone Yaas, President J P Nadda of BJP on Friday May 28 accused Mamata of murder of constitutional ethos and the culture of cooperative federalism. Nadda told PM Modi holds the principle of cooperative federalism very sacred and has been actively working with all the state chief ministers irrespective of their party affiliation to give relief to the people but unsurprisingly.

Government On WhatsApp's Lawsuit, Right To Privacy Not Absolute

WhatsApp filed its petition in high court on Tuesday against the rules and guidlines that need to trace the first sender of messages sent on the service. in Response to the WhatsApp's lawsuit challenging new digital rules of the goverment on the feilds of violation of users privacy. Government today said that it is committed to the right to privacy of its citizens but it is subject to reasonable restrictions and no fundamental right is absolute. Information technology (IT) Ministry also down doubled on the rules,by writing to all necessary platforms of social media asking them for details of their compliance. Please share confirm your response as soon as possible (ASAP) and most preferably today itself, Replying the WhatsApp's arguments, Ravi Shankar Prasad Union IT Minister said Government of India is committed to ensuring the right to privacy to all citizens as well as having the means and the information necessary to ensure that mentain the public order and national security of the country . It is now responsibility of WhatsApp's to find the technical solution of this problem,its whether through encryption or otherwise, that both happen.
